Terms of service: creating and using handwritten-style pages
Practical terms for the browser handwriting studio, imported fonts, responsible use, local backups and optional account services.
Last updated: 2026-10-23

Using the service
These terms describe your use of the handwriting studio and associated website features. Use the service only if you can accept these terms under the rules that apply to you. If you use an organizational account or create work for someone else, make sure you have the relevant authority and permissions.
The studio helps format text as handwritten-style pages. It is a design tool, not a verification of authorship, an electronic signature service or proof that a person wrote something by hand.
Current product scope
The browser studio accepts typed text, pasted text and plain TXT imports, currently up to 12,000 characters. It applies built-in handwriting fonts or an existing font file you import locally. It does not train a personal handwriting model from photographs, perform cloud draft synchronization or directly import Word and PDF documents.
PNG export saves the current page. The all-page print flow relies on your browser; saving a complete PDF requires choosing an available PDF destination in the browser’s print dialog. Results can vary with fonts, browser settings, paper size and printers. Inspect your export or print preview before relying on the finished document.
Your content and font permissions
You keep your rights in the text and other material you bring to the studio. You are responsible for having permission to use that material and for checking the license of any imported font. A font license can restrict commercial use, redistribution or embedding even if you possess the file.
Do not upload or submit material through account or support features unless you are entitled to share it. The service’s interface, original editorial material and other site assets may have their own rights and licenses. Using the studio does not grant unrestricted rights to redistribute those assets or third-party fonts.
Responsible use
Do not use handwritten-style output to impersonate another person, fabricate consent, forge signatures, falsify records or misrepresent a required personally handwritten assignment. Follow the rules of your school, employer, client or recipient, and disclose the use of generated formatting when relevant.
Do not use the website to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious files or interfere with other users. The visual appearance of handwriting does not make misleading content acceptable.
Local drafts and backups
You are responsible for backing up important work. Local drafts depend on the current browser and device and can be removed by clearing site data, private browsing or browser changes. Signing in does not create cloud draft backup. Save your original text, finished exports and any font file needed to reproduce a page separately.
Review names, numbers, page breaks and font coverage before sharing or printing. We do not promise that every character, device or printer will produce an identical result.
Accounts, support and optional purchases
If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and use accurate information. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Use support channels respectfully and provide only the information necessary for the request.
The current public studio can be started without payment. Features and availability may change; this is not a promise of permanent free access to every future service. A separately offered purchase, if enabled, is governed by the product, price, billing and refund information displayed at checkout and any applicable rights. A local draft does not itself create an order or subscription.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify or retire features. Maintenance, browser changes and technical failures can affect availability. Keep backups and do not rely on the studio as your only storage system or as a service for high-consequence record keeping.
Access may be restricted when reasonably needed to address abuse, security problems or violations of these terms. These terms do not exclude any responsibility or remedy that cannot be excluded under rules applicable to you.
Questions and updates
For product, account or terms questions, use the contact page. We have not specified a company address, governing jurisdiction or guaranteed response time in these terms. The date above identifies this version; review updated terms when the service changes.
Signature images and document signing
Only create and apply a signature you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person. Typed signatures are derived from licensed font outlines with variations; they are not AI-generated biometric handwriting. A signature image can be part of an electronic signing process, but this tool does not verify identity, document consent, retain an audit trail or provide a digital certificate. Requirements vary by document and jurisdiction. Use an appropriate authenticated signing workflow for important agreements. Always review every signed page before sharing it.
