Sign in and open Support in your account. Describe what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Include your browser, device and font name when relevant. If tickets are disabled on an installation, the account page will show the available options.

Local drafts cannot be recovered from an account or support ticket after browser storage is cleared. Export important pages first. If a font looks wrong, try a built-in font and check that the custom font contains your characters.
